【译】1月18日：少年罪人

诗篇119:9-16；

少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话。（诗篇 119:9）

诗篇119是称颂神完美律法的经典诗歌，诗篇鼓励那些遵守一切神的道的人。我们知道，承诺遵守神的话相对容易，而要确实地按照承诺去生活就难了。

第9节提醒我们要注意少年人：“少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？” 如果成熟的成年信徒在遵守神的道上已有诸多的困难，那么我们能期待少年人什么呢？难道圣经有一部《少年罪人行为法》？

为什么诗篇把焦点放在少年人身上？因为少年时期是（思想和行为）的重要形成期，此时我们做出基本的承诺。少年期也是我们最脆弱的时期。

诗篇为什么没有问：一个少年人是否能没有罪地生活？因为真正的问题是：一个少年人如何才能够洁净他自己，即如何抵制罪和诱惑？答案是，所有的洁净都是通过十字架的宝血来完成的。基督必须在我们还年轻的时候，就已经并且必须成为我们生活的中心。

那么，我们如何保持行为的清洁呢？方法只有一个：按神的话语生活。少年人必须以神的话为生活的中心，因此他需要做个人的灵修，殷勤地参加敬拜侍奉，参加要理问答课程和圣查经。

思考问题：父母是在神的道上带领我们的关键人物，讨论一下你的父母是否是个好榜样，以及如何改进？

YOUNG OFFENDERS

How can a young man keep his way pure? (Psalm 119:9)

Psalm 119 is a classic song of praise about God's perfect law. The Psalm encourages those who keep all God's ways. We understand that it is easy to promise to keep God's law, but much harder to actually live according to that promise. 

In verse 9, the Psalm calls attention to the youth: "How can a young man keep his way pure?" If mature adult believers already have so much difficulty in keeping God's law, what can we really expect of young people? Does the Bible have a Young Offenders Act?

Why Psalm does not ask if a young person can live without sin. the question really is: How can a young man cleanse himself, that is, resist sin and temptation? And the answer is that all cleansing is by the blood of cross. Christ must be a key person in our lives, already when we are young.

How, then, can we keep our way pure? There is only one way: by living according to God's Word. A young person must place the Word of God central in his/her live, and therefore do personal devotions and diligently attend the worship services, catechism classes, and Bible studies.

Question: Parents are key persons in leading us on the way of God's Word. Discuss whether your parents are good examples and how this can be improved.
