Are we truly cooperative?

Kind- hearted and cooperative or competitive and Narrow-minded？？Are they truly cooperative? I'm afraid I don't think so.

Gradually , it gives me  a deeper impression  that actually they are  competitive.  To be  exact, they  think of their colleagues as competition. Here no one think will think that they are lower  or they are inferior to others in professional skills.  Even if so，they are not willing to admit this.  Sooner or later they will work hard silently and surpass you.

What you can do is to learn by yourself and change by yourself to improve yourself.

As time goes by, I come to realize that to be too nice, too kind -hearted  is not so nice.  As to professional skills you had betterto hold back a  trick or two in teaching  a trade or skill.
