Yesterday I made a planned that I wish I can wake up early and set out of the house early in the morning then go running outdoor. I already can image my active face enjoying the fresh air and be more excited outside when I wearing my sporty outfit. Just like a uni girl.
However, the fact is I still laying on the bed and bourse my social media with my phone. I always enjoying sleep more than 7 hours recently and lack of motivation for getting up early. Even I really, really want to. I know what is good for me, but I just cannot change and help myself up.

In the end, self-improvement and self-discovery work together. Striving for things allows you to learn about yourself. Knowing which opportunities fit allows you to grow best.
For those fail goals, I didn't achieve, actually do not affect to my crucial daily life too much in a short term. I still do my exercises in the evening, I still reading my books in the evening. But they just have not put as the first priority though.
For those goals, if I do it early in the morning, so I can take them as the most important things to do. When I do it late, so they will be finished late and use more passive hours.
Reasoning might is the thing that persuades myself to be or not to be.
