It has cooled down and it is very light rainy. Yesterday was like in the summer but today is like in the winter. The weather changed too much and it’s unpredictable. We should pay more attention to our health in this season. There are lots of people who have caught a cold and gotten a fever. In order to keep healthy, we should exercise more and eat more fruits and vegetables which are rich of vitamins. We should pay more attention to the rest and the wearing of clothes.

This morning I finished a 3-mile run. Running is one of the most favorite sports of mine. I hope I can stick to running for the whole life.
