随着人口红利的消失和社会经济的衰退，各行各业都受到了不容小觑的冲击。妇产医院的医护人员薪水紧缩，幼儿园的招生处门可罗雀，房地产市场逐步萧条。
随之而来的还有高校相关专业的师生比例出现倒挂的乱相，还有爷爷退休返聘而孙子大学毕业找不到工作的闹剧。所以，企业裁员、单位降薪、大学生一毕业就失业都不是稀罕的事情。
在这种情况下，许多大学生另辟蹊径，开始了举步维艰的自主创业。“创业”听起来像是一个“光辉”的“大”词，但实际上，一家小小的网店、一个十平方的工作室、三五人组成的技术开发团队，都可称之为“创业”，而且小微企业还会享受很多政策红利。

Another important advantage we can see is that graduates’ entrepreneurship is of great benefit to economic growth and innovation. Various startups run by graduates can inject vitality into the market.
Despite the advantages mentioned above，self-employment is by no means without any challenges. Graduate entrepreneurs may be faced with limited financial resources and uncertainty in the market ，and lack of experience is also a drawback.
However，graduates' entrepreneurship is still worth encouraging. With adequate support such as training programs，access to funding and mentorship，graduate entrepreneurs are likely to create benefits not only for individuals but also for the whole society.
