DAY 1 BREAKFAST

Before I had breakfast, I had a tablet of Levothyroxine with an empty stomach.

For Breakfast,

I have a whole bottle of Cafe Soylent (Vanilla Flavor)

For lunch

In the picture are

1. a Turkey&Muenster on a Wheat sandwich in Berry Cafe

2. A half package of Daily Harvest Smoothie(Pineaaple+Matcha Flavor)(3.40z) mixed with one-half cup of Oat Milk is what should in the picture.

What I actually eat

Whole turkey & Muenster Wheat sandwich

The smoothie is too gross, so I just took one bite an throw it.

For dinner

Peach Dannon Greek Yogurt  5.3oz

After Dinner

Supplements:

1 tablet of Ca

1 tablet of Iron
