项目管理的4P

常常不可避免同时进行几个项目，有过手忙脚乱，有过焦头烂额，也经历过跑偏一发不可收拾。工欲善其事，必先利其器，总结经验和心得可以用4P来概括

Plan

为项目或任务制定计划，为需要做的事情制定计划完

Devise a plan for how to accomplish certain tasks. Plan for all that needs to be done.

Priority

为不同的项目任务根据重要性紧急性设定优先级

Prioritize the list and what needs to be done first.

Pace

确保项目按进度进行，按优先级完成

Pace yourself as you go through your prioritized list.

Protect

保护好项目。一个项目完全没有调整是不可能的，但也不是什么都可以调整。做为项目的owner需要保护好项目范围。

The trick is to be organized and deal with tasks in manageable chunks.

Don't forget to schedule time for yourself. Time for something you enjoy is the only criteria. Take just a half hour or hour a day for yourself and reap the benefits.
