月到中秋分外明，蟾宮挂在白云邊……
昨晚與朱英杰叔叔（77歲）打乒乓球，又漲了不少知識。他不僅球打得好，子女皆教育成才並赴國外工作，還能流利說出「土豆哪裡去挖，土豆地裡去挖，一挖一麻袋，再挖去你娘的」。每天他都吃著家中俊媳婦【雪蓮】做的包子、餃子——那是用天山之水和面擀皮，以天山「雪蓮」入餡製成的……照這樣，他不活109歲，絕無可能！更絕的是，他如今每天都會抱著【雪蓮】入睡，真是個不可多得的奇人！也正因如此，恰逢中秋佳節，便寫下這段心語。
Last night, I played table tennis with Uncle Zhu Yingjie (77 years old) and gained quite a bit of knowledge from him. Not only is he skilled at playing table tennis, but he has also raised all his children to become talented individuals who now work abroad. He can even fluently recite that playful Chinese jingle: "Where to dig potatoes? Dig in the potato field. Dig one sackful; dig again, damn it!" Every day, he eats steamed buns and dumplings made by his daughter-in-law , "Xuelian" (literally meaning "Snow Lotus")—the dough is kneaded and rolled with water from the Tianshan Mountains, and the filling is made with Tianshan snow lotus... Given this, it's absolutely certain that he will live to be 109 years old! What's even more remarkable is that he now holds this "Xuelian" in his arms every night to sleep; he truly is a rare and extraordinary person! It is for this reason, coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival, that I have written down these thoughts from my heart.
你多久沒有擁抱過了？你曾細細品味過擁抱的感覺嗎？你曾被擁抱溫暖過嗎？很多人不以為然：不就是一個簡單的擁抱，有什麼好細究的。其實，展開雙臂，被擁入懷，這是人間最美妙的事情。喜歡《愛情雨》中的那句話：「奶奶說，人之所以有兩隻胳膊，是為了擁抱心愛的人。」如同飛鳥在風雨飄搖中有了歸巢，一個擁抱也會讓我們心生歸屬感，卸下心中包袱，丟掉所有偽裝。擁抱是讓人迷戀的，能感受與所愛之人肌膚相貼的溫度，能觸及對方「砰砰」的心跳，仿佛彼此融入對方軀體。擁抱也能撫慰心靈，驅散所有彷徨，在不盡如人意的生活裡，給我們一處棲息之所。希望有一個溫暖的擁抱，能讓你一頭撲進去，共享種種歡喜；希望有一個堅實的胸膛，能讓你輕輕倚靠，不再茫然無措。
How long has it been since you last hugged someone? Have you ever savored the feeling of a hug? Have you ever been warmed by a hug? Many people dismiss it, saying, "It's just a simple hug—what's there to dwell on?" In fact, spreading your arms and being embraced is the most wonderful thing in the world. I love this line from the drama Love Rain: "Grandma said, the reason people have two arms is to hug their loved ones." Just like a bird finding its nest amid wind and rain, a hug gives us a sense of belonging, allowing us to unload the burdens in our hearts and cast off all pretense. Hugs are enchanting: you can feel the warmth of your loved one's skin against yours, and sense their "thumping" heartbeat, as if you are merging into each other's bodies. Hugs also soothe the soul, dispelling all hesitation and providing a place of refuge in the ups and downs of life. May there be a warm hug for you to dive into, sharing all your joys; may there be a firm chest for you to lean on gently, so you no longer feel lost and helpless.
真正的擁抱，源於內心深處的愛——愛他人、愛萬物，並為人帶去溫暖和力量。那麼，不妨就在今日，嘗試一次擁抱與被擁抱的感覺吧。這擁抱的對象，可以是家人、朋友，也可以是月亮、太陽、清風、山水；可以是一棵樹、一株草、一朵花，也可以是一隻螞蟻、一條魚、一滴水、一陣風……
A true hug originates from a deep-seated love—loving others, loving all creatures, and bringing warmth and strength to people. So, let's take this day to experience the feeling of hugging and being hugged. The object of this hug can be family members or friends, as well as the moon, the sun, the breeze, mountains and rivers; it can be a tree, a blade of grass, a flower, or an ant, a fish, a drop of water, a gust of wind...
