我们都说,我们自己没有时间,但其实我们是没有自己。当有一块碎片化时间时,我们想到的并不是如何去做点重要的事,而是用看视频刷手机的方式让这段时间静静溜走。
在这个视频里,Laura Vanderkam,提出了一个非常棒的观点:时间其实就是选择。那些你说没有时间去做的事情,只是因为在你的潜意识里这些都不是最重要的部分而已。我们并不是通过节省时间来活成我们想要的样子,而是先活成自己想要的样子,从而时间就被节省了下来。
Laura说,时间管理的关键就是你要把对你来说最重要的事情当做破裂的水管一样,一定要优先马上处理。学到的如何让自己优先处理重要事情的方法:
1、以终为始,想象自己正在做年度总结,写下3-5件对你来说无比自豪和骄傲的事情。
2、把这些目标分解成可行的步骤,然后安排到每周的计划中去。
3、最好是在周五做计划,并且计划的内容要包含至少3个方面:事业、社交和你自己。
