几乎重复昨天的生活。

早上6点多钟起床后,喝了半杯水。

早上7:30吃早餐,吃了比较多的蔬菜、四条鸡蛋肠粉、一小盒酸奶。饱腹感不是很明显。

工作量与昨天的差不多。

中午回家吃饭,吃蔬菜差不多到饱,再吃几小片瘦肉,最后净吃两三口白饭。

晚餐在饭堂吃了一点点蔬菜、三个鸡爪、两小块瘦肉和两口白饭,回家后吃蔬菜到饱。

根据我找到的资料,我的理解,减肥饮食主要是减少动物油、糖和淀粉。如果仅仅是减少相关的食物量,可能会因强烈的饥饿感令人难忍而导致减肥计划失败,用低热量的蔬菜填满胃内空间增强饱腹感,避免强烈的饥饿感,舒适轻松地减肥。

Almost repeated yesterday's life.

After getting up at 6 o'clock in the morning, I drank half a glass of water.

Eat breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, eat more vegetables, four egg sausage powder, a small box of yogurt.  The feeling of fullness is not very obvious.

Dinner in the dining hall to eat a little vegetables, three chicken feet, two small pieces of lean meat and two white rice, go home and eat vegetables to full.

Based on the information I have found, I understand that weight loss diets mainly reduce animal oil, sugar and starch.  If you only reduce the amount of food related, you may be unable to endure the weight loss plan because of the strong hunger, fill the stomach space with low-calorie vegetables to enhance satiety, avoid strong hunger, comfortable and easy  lose weight.
